SW 4-H Goes to the Movie

The Southwest 4-H Region hosted a 4-H Volunteer and Leadership Development training July 28 at Sacred Heart School in Evangeline Parish. Educational workshops were presented by LSU AgCenter and 4-H faculty along with 4-H adult and youth volunteers/leaders. The workshops covered topics including building community relations, working with diverse populations and healthy living. Parish teams of adults, youth and 4-H faculty participated and will be offering trainings at the parish level.
