State Representative Barras presents 4-H Hall of Fame Proclamation
[Image: jpeg]In celebration of the induction of Dr. Charles Miller and Carroll Boudreaux into the 4-H Hall of Fame, State Representative Taylor Barras presented a proclamation signed by Governor Jindal. The presentation was given on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at the Iberia 4-H Achievement Day event.
