The Louisiana 4-H Foundation is grateful for those individuals who, generations ago, developed Grant Walker 4-H Educational Center into the dynamic educational environment that it is today. Their stewardship, hard work and sacrifice provided the campground we have today -- buildings constructed to educate and enhance the development of youth in Louisiana.
OUR TIME IS NOW. As we move closer to the 100th year of 4-H Camp, it is our responsibility to maintain the existing facilities and to begin planning for future growth. By doing so, our children, grandchildren and others who will come to be part of 4-H Camp will benefit from what we do today.
This campaign is a serious challenge that requires commitment, hard work, financial sacrifice and most of all, a willingness to step up and be ambassadors of a 4-H facility that Louisiana 4-H Youth Development embodies. As we spread the good news, others will see the necessity of our Capital Campaign and invest in the future of Louisiana’s youth who are the future leaders of our state.
