Service-Learning

Louisiana OMK cares about our coast! -- coastal preservation camp at LUMCON
La. OMK is having a weekend camp at Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium July 31 through August 2. Participants in this camp will get to learn about preserving our marine life, visit a barrier island and learn how instrumental our wetlands are in our lives.
SURVIVOR Camp-- Got It in You?
Louisiana OMK and Louisiana 4-H with the Istrouma Area Council Boy Scouts allow you to test your mettle at Survivor Camp July 7-11 at Camp Avondale. Participants will learn what it takes to survive outdoors through activities designed to strengthen them in both body and mind.
