It's Time to Monkey Around

Louisiana Operation: Military Kids is hosting two upcoming zoo camps, and we want you to join us!

Safari Nights at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans will be held September 18-19. Campers and their families will stay overnight on the zoo grounds in tents and get behind-the-scenes looks at the zoo and its residents. There will personal encounters with a few of their friendly critters and plenty of chances to take pictures with your new best friends. End the night with a campfire chat and s'mores and a beautiful night under the stars.

The Sunset Expedition at the Alexandria Zoo will be September 25. This late-night camp will give you the chance to see behind the scenes and the zoo nightlife, while still enjoying the comfort of your own bed. Campers and their families will get the chance to meet a few of the animals and go on a scavenger hunt and a train ride.

Don't wait, spaces in the camps are limited! Check out the registration packets below, or contact Stephanie Hill or Kathleen Schexnayder for more information at (225) 578-2196.
