Key Club Award Program
The 4-H Key Club Award in Louisiana gives recognition to 4-H Club members who have shown outstanding leadership ability in their club and in their parish.

Louisiana 4-H Foundation Award of Excellence for Junior 4-H Members
This award is a gold-finished medallion and certificate. A club member may win the award only one time.
Louisiana 4-H Honey Bee Essay Contest

All Louisiana 4-H members are invited to participate in the upcoming 4-H Honey Bee Essay Contest sponsored by the Louisiana Beekeepers Association and the Foundation for the Preservation of Honey Bees, Inc.

Rice Scholarship
The USA Rice Federation is sponsoring a scholarship contest for high school juniors and seniors from the rice-growing states of Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Texas.Three scholarship prizes totaling $8,500 will be awarded.

La. 4-H’ers honored with 2008 scholarships
(Distributed 06/19/08) Winners of 4-H scholarships were among those honored during ceremonies at the LSU AgCenter’s 4-H University July 17-20. The young adults from across Louisiana were credited with excelling in project work and recordkeeping, serving as club officers or otherwise distinguishing themselves during their years in 4-H.
