Improving Employee Performance

No matter where you work within the organization, the bottom line is productivity, and productivity is achieved with and through people. If you are a supervisor, you are responsible for people and the organizational resources which are entrusted to your unit. There are many opportunities for performance improvement. Supervisors can use the practical approaches from the Improving Employee Performance training to help employees improve their performance and in turn help the unit’s overall productivity.

HRM is offering the third course in the supervisory training series – Improving Employee PerformanceWednesday, October 21, 2009. Please note this is a full-day training course and will begin promptly at 9:00 am and end at 3:30pm.
