Supervisors must be familiar with a wide range of legal issues related to the human resources area. The AgCenter HRM Office is again offering training on Human Resources Legal Requirements for Supervisors. The training is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2009 and is being offered through distance education. Any employee who supervises others will benefit from attending, as almost of all of these issues affect every category of employees in the AgCenter including academic, classified, student and transient employees, and graduate assistants.
Note: Employees who register for classes should be committed to attending as space in courses is often limited.
