The 91st 4-H University program is June 21-24. The 4-H Faculty Award will again be presented June 21 at the LSU Union. Several faculty members contribute to the success of the 4-H program each year with their contributions to 4-H throughout the year. State faculty members whose primary responsibility is not 4-H, but who provide valuable leadership and support for specific 4-H programs, are eligible for this award. Two award winners will be selected and invited to the awards banquet and receive a large plaque for their contributions.
The deadline for nominations is May 16. The nomination is simple: send in a summary of your nomination with a maximum of 300 words. Please abide by the maximum number of words and concentrate on how this individual has supported 4-H. Please recognize some worthy faculty member in your area.
