Chi Epsilon Sigma – Epsilon Chapter 2009 Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award Guidelines
The Chi Epsilon Sigma – Epsilon Chapter Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award
may be awarded to any paid member who meets the following guidelines:
1. Nominee must have had one or more years of service with LSU AgCenter.
2. Nominee can be nominated by one or more of their co-workers (nominator does not need to be a member of CES).
3. Response limited to the space provided. Letters of recommendation and supplemental material will not be considered.
4. Show how the nominee has gone above and beyond their formal, identified job duties to exceed the needs of
LSU AgCenter clientele or Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
5. Show how the nominee reflects excellence in service with compassion, vision and integrity.
6. Show how the nominee recognizes and acknowledges that attitudes and actions are important and affect the clientele of
the LSU AgCenter as well as co-workers.
7. Show how the nominee demonstrates the purpose of Chi Epsilon Sigma, which is to “maintain the standards and
ideals, uphold morale, prestige and respect of the LSU AgCenter Support Staff.”
8. Former recipients may only be nominated after 5-years have elapsed since their award.
