Louisiana 4-H’ers Learn Value of Community Service [Image: Book drive] Members of 4-H Clubs across Louisiana are learning what it means to be good citizens, and they’re showing it through a variety of community service projects.For example, Ouachita Parish 4-H’ers are collecting books to distribute to hospitals and charity organizations in their parish.
