Description:
In this study, we studied how the Rural/Urban Digital Divide could be bridged. We conclude that internet is becoming an invaluable tool for development. However, there is a challenge of how to ensure that all participants, industrialized and developing, urban and rural, rich and poor, and all races benefit from this technology.
