8 slices of whole wheat bread
6 oz Cheddar or Swiss cheese
4 teaspoons margarine |
1. Heat margarine in skillet until it foams.
2. Grill one side of the slice of bread, then turn it over and place 1 ½ - 2 oz cheese on the grilled side.
3. Grill the other side of the bread.
4. Serves 4 (two slices each) |
