EatSmart Recipes - Garden Salad

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1 head iceberg lettuce

1 cucumber

1 tomato

Optional ingredients: 1 bell pepper

¾ cup chopped celery

1. Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces and rinse, using a colander. Place lettuce in a large bowl.

2. Rinse cucumber and chop into bite-sized pieces. Add to lettuce.

3. Rinse tomato and slice into wedges. Add to lettuce and cucumber.

4. Rinse and chop any optional ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Add to lettuce, tomato and cucumber.

5. Chill salad in refrigerator before serving.
