EatSmart Recipes - Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1 pound of fresh green beans, cut up

OR

2 cups of frozen green beans

OR

2 cans green beans

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 quart saucepan with water.

1. Bring water to boil, add salt and green beans for 5-7 minutes.

2. Drain water from beans and mix in margarine.

Makes 4 1/2-cup servings.
