"J Bird" Cheston Stevens, Jr., is an associate professor and specialist in soil fertility and nutrient management with the LSU AgCenter. He holds a M.S. in agronomy-soil fertility/soil chemistry from LSU and a B.S. in plant and soil science from Northwestern State University.
