| Audubon Sugar Institute continues its short course program with the Spring and Fall sessions to coincide with the off-crop season in Louisiana. These courses qualify for Continuing Professional Development for registered professional engineers but are designed to increase knowledge of people at all levels in the sugar industry. Classes with 15 participants or fewer are typically held in the departmental main conference room, but the venue for larger groups is usually moved to LSU's main campus. |
