Poole Memorial Scholarship The Wiley D. Poole Memorial Scholarship is given to BAE upperclassmen based on financial need. Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship The Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship is given annually (February) to outstanding BAE students with financial need. Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a U.S. citizen. 1 2
