Brown Scholarship must be a full time undergraduate student or one-half time graduate student. Charles E. Severance Endowed Fellowship [Image: Charles E. Severance] The Charles E. Severance Endowed Fellowship honors Mr. Charles E. Severance who was an Extension project leader from 1949-1972 in the area of waste management. Mansel M. Mayeux Honorary Scholarship [Image: Mansel M. Mayeux] The Mansel M. Mayeux Honorary Scholarship is awarded to BAE students who exhibit financial need. Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship [Image: Richard L. Bengtson] The Richard L. Bengtson Endowed Scholarship is given annually (February) to outstanding BAE students with financial need.
