Joshua Temple Award

Joshua Temple (Ph.D. student under Roger Leonard) participated in the recent graduate student competition at the Sorghum Improvement Conference of North America (SICNA) and the National Sorghum Producers Meeting in Amarillo, Texas. The students gave presentations to the SICNA board and discipline chairs (11 people), and the top three students were selected as finalists based on their presentations. The three finalists gave their presentations again to the entire conference, and their presentations were judged again by the same panel. Joshua was selected as the overall winner and received a monetary award ($500) sponsored by Pioneer.

Congratulations, Josh!
