Packaging system development
[Image: MAP1]The pilot plant equipment can identify the optimal packaging system (proper combination of material and atmosphere) for your product using analysis of oxygen, carbon dioxide and flavor barrier properties, as well as material price. Currently available packaging systems include Modified Atmosphere packaging (utilizing oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and argon gas), Vacuum Skin Packaging and Vacuum Packaging.
