The LSU AgCenter Help Desk is a resource AgCenter personnel may use to get help or guidance with computer support issues, such as:
- installing or using software packages
- setting up new computer equipment
- fixing old computer equipment
- resetting passwords
- installing or using certain computer hardware components
- obtaining guidance on purchasing equipment
- obtaining access to network file storage
- and a host of other needs that develop while you’re trying to work on your computer.
