2008 Candy Making Clinic The Candy Making workshop held at the Avoyelles 4-H office was a wonderful success.  8 stations were set up around the room where 4-H'ers rotated in and out with their Junior Leaders making different types of candy. The parent volunteers worked hard to keep the stations safe and clean as the children mixed and measured.  All in all it was an educational, fun, and exhausting day for everyone. The recipes included fudge, peanut butter fudge, buttermint candy, peanut brittle, marzipan, pralines, haystacks, and reindeer chow.  Please check out our website for the recipes.
