On December 16, 2007 the Avoyelles parish 4-Hers took part in two community Christmas parades. The first was in Bordelonville and the second was in Moreauville. 4-Her’s were welcome to participate in either or both and so the float had happy riders for both events. Parents provided throws and there were many merry makers along both routes. Parents and leaders also organized the floats and decorations.
This event was one of many of the 100 year celebrations. Please check out the events on our website and participate with your 4-Her (or bring mom and dad along).
