What is the Service-Learning Project this year?
During the 2009-2010 school year the Avoyelles Parish 4-H Junior Leaders will be "serving the servers." They will be devoting their time and efforts to showing appreciation in Avoyelles Parish for those people who make our community safe, reliable and comfortable.

What are rewards and incentives to belong to the Junior Leader Program?
At the end of the school year the top 30 Junior Leader Club members who have accrued the most points will join Mr. Trent & Mrs. Esther on a trip to Schlitterbahn in Galveston, Texas. The trip reward will be based on point system.
- Helping at a 4-H event, like a workshop or demonstration day (1 point)
- Working at a fundraiser (2 points)
- Participating at a service-learning event (3 points)
- Coming to a Junior Leader meeting (1 point)
