National Eat Dinner Together Week September 17 through 23 is National Eat Dinner Together Week. This is a great opportunity for your family to eat a healthy meal together in celebration of this event. Eating dinner together at home is a great way to get a nutritious meal as well as save money. Eating out frequently hits the pocket book hard and tempts us to eat portions that are too large and often high in empty calories. Once the week is over, continue celebrating the theme of the week throughout the year by making family mealtime an important part of your week. Together your family can grow closer and healthier.
