4-H Clubs from across Cameron Parish are invited to promote 4-H during 2009 National 4-H Week by creating displays to be housed at local businesses in the Parish.
A pizza party will be awarded to the club with the best most outstanding display.
Information:
• National 4-H Week is October 4-10, 2009. Displays must be in place for the entire week…longer is great.
• Clubs are responsible for arranging locations for displays with local business owners.
• Displays should promote the 4-H program in general.
• Please register your display by Thursday, October 1 by contacting the Cameron Parish 4-H Office at 337-905-1318. Please provide the location of your display.
• During the week that the display is up, please take a digital photo of your display and send it to Ruby Miller at rmmiller@agcenter.lsu.edu by 6 p.m. Monday, October 5th.
• Displays will be judged on creativity, level of 4-H promotion/awareness, and neatness.
• The winning club will be announced the following week and awarded a pizza party at the November meeting.
• Please make sure to send a thank you note to the business that hosted your display!!
• Be creative and have fun!!!
