Pesticide Recertification Meetings in DeSoto

If your pesticide card will expire on March 31, 2009, we will be offering two classes to renew these cards. The time and date is listed below

TIME: Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE: DeSoto County Agent’s Office, Grand Cane (New Office in David Means 4-H Barn by the Airport on Hwy 171)

TIME: Thursday, February 26 at 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: DeSoto County Agent’s Office, Grand Cane (New Office in David Means 4-H Barn by the Airport on Hwy 171)

Louisiana Department of Agriculture inspectors will be present to make sure that you attend the full 90 minutes of the program, distribute cards, and collect $25 recertification fee. So make sure you arrive on time and have the correct change.

If you are unable to attend please call me as soon as possible so that we might find a surrounding parish training meeting. If you let your card expire or have never applied for a card, you will have to be retested.
