The 4-H club is the largest youth organization in the United States! Louisiana has over 85,000 4-H members in more than 1,700 clubs. There are 731 4-H members in East Carroll Parish participating in 13 different clubs that are organized in all the schools. Junior Leadership Conference This is a spring weekend conference focusing on helping teen leaders improve their skills to become better ambassadors for 4-H. T.E.A.M. Camp [Image: T.E.A.M.
