WELCOME BACK!!

It’s a new school year, and we want you and other youth to renew your 4-H membership! One of the most important things you can do to help us is to spread the word about 4-H and get friends and family to join or re-join.

HOW CAN PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & OTHER ADULTS GET INVOLVED?

Here are just a few ways they can help: Attend Club meetings with their children. Attend club and parish-wide events. Provide transportation. Attend training workshops. Visit with the club’s leaders. Support their children in developing leadership roles. Be a good listener. Lend their support and skills to the club. Let 4-H members make decisions. Share skills and knowledge by  volunteering to be a project leader (talk with 4-H Agents about project training needs. To help us know how we can help your parents become involved as a helper in the 4-H Program, please ask them to phone us 225-683-3101 or ask them to complete the volunteer section of the 4-H Enrollment card.

JR. LEADERS WANTED.

The next meeting of the Jr. Leader Club will be announced in the near future. All 8th-12th grade members will be invited.
