4-H Camp fees for Evangeline Parish will be $140.00. The $140.00 fee will cover lodging, meals, transportation and accident insurance. 4-H'ers in GRADES 4-6 AND AGES 9-12 AS OF JANUARY 1, 2009 may attend 4-H Camp. This application and a non-refundable $60.00 check or money order made payable to Evangeline Parish 4-H Foundation is due to the 4-H Office, 230 Court Street, Ville Platte, LA 70586 by APRIL 3, 2009. Evangeline Parish will be camping with Allen, Avoyelles, Rapides and Lafayette Parishes.
This camp is open to all 4-H'ers regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disabilities, political beliefs, sexual orientation, and marital or family status.
