[Image: Katie Kincaid]Katie Kincaid, a senior at Franklin Academy and Paul Washam, a senior at Franklin Parish High School were awarded the Scott Tractor Scholarship Award. The scholarship is sponsored by the Scott Foundation. The scholarship is based upon the individual's participation in the parish 4-H program. Both Katie and Paul have been active members of 4-H for nine years. Katie is the daughter of Greg and Patricia Kincaid. Paul is the son of Scott and Pam Washam.
