On March 21, 2009, 4-H’ers from Iberville, West Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge and West Feliciana parishes gathered in Port Allen to become certified as camp counselors. The workshop participants now are prepared to assist 4-H agents and younger children at the upcoming 4-H camps. The day consisted of multiple sessions focused on youth development, communication skills, handling difficult situations and team building. Congratulations to all participants!
