The state is working on a deal to ensure the facility continues operating. LSU AgCenter correspondent Tobie Blanchard talked with a grower who is raising his last flock of birds for Pilgrim’s Pride. Nick Walker, an honor roll student and Student of the Year at Quitman High School, also hopes his daylily experimentation may make him a million dollars some day.
