Officer training is conducted each year for all club officers from 24 4-H Clubs in Jeff Davis Parish. The training provides the clubs' officers with training on how to conduct their club meetings, as well as the responsibilities of their offices. Jeff Davis 4-H Junior Leaders teaching the 4-H Club officers about their officer responsibilities included: Rachel Brown, Amber Estes, Mariah Guillory, Malori Williamson, Courtney Trahan, Christopher McVicker, Brittany Naquin, Natalie Trahan, Joel Berken, Saige Doise, Lexi Doise, Laiha Bergeaux, Christian Bergeaux, Gabrielle Briscoe, Dillon Richard and Olivia Watkins. We also extend our thanks to Kim Briscoe, Welsh Elementary 4-H Club leader, and Arlene Heinen, Welsh Elementary principal, for assisting us with this event and hosting it at their school.
