2010 DISTRICT LIVESTOCK SHOW CAMPER PARKING
The Camper Committee will assign spaces for campers at the Southwest District Livestock Show upon arrival of each camper. Slide-out campers, extra-long campers or short campers will be placed in the spaces that will best facilitate use of the available space -- at the discretion of the committee. Camper spaces will be allotted on one camper per exhibitor family. Spaces 1-200 are full hookups. Spaces with a letter may not have full hookups. Camper spaces are 12-feet wide. Campers will be parked in the spots that will accommodate them best. All sites, including the southwest and northeast lots, have electricity and water.
Anyone wishing to reserve a camper space should mail a check or money order for $200 payable to the Southwest District Livestock Show Inc. by Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Mail to 7101 Gulf Highway, Lake Charles, LA 70607. There will be a $20 charge for returned checks, and your space may be reassigned. There can only be one reservation per person’s name. All reservations received on or before Tuesday, December 1, 2009, will be considered first. You will receive a confirmation letter informing you of parking times and dates. A vehicle sticker will be given to you when you park your camper.
