[Image: People standing infront of flag.]Three Jefferson Parish 4-H members visited the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge in early June for “4-H Day at the Capitol”. They joined hundreds of 4-H members, 4-H Volunteers, and parents for the event. As a special bonus, participants celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the 4-H Youth Development Program in Louisiana.
Jefferson participants included 4-H members Jessica LeBlanc, Theresa Keys, and Kevin Keys accompanied by Ann Gauthier, LSU Ag Center Extension Agent.
While in Baton Rouge, the Jefferson delegation met with Senator John Alario, Representative Tony Ligi, Representative Patrick Connick, and Representative Thomas Willmott.
