The Sew with Cotton Contest begins at 9 a.m. Southern Livestock Show [Image: Southern Livestock Show '09] The Southern University Livestock Show will be held February 26-28, 2009. 2008 Sugar and Seafood Contest Day Activities [Image: 2008 Sugar & Seafood] The Lafourche Parish 4-H Sugar and Seafood Contest is our most popular 4-H food preparation contest. Members prepare dishes using two of our main products -- sugar and seafood. They recognize not only the nutritional benefits but the economic importance of sugar and seafood.
