[Image: Portfolio cover]4-H Record Books are an important part of being a 4-H'er. Be sure you are working on your record book in order to have it ready to turn in at the April 4-H meeting or by April 16th. A complete 4-H Record book consists of:
- 4-H portfolio form - all sections filled out. Click here to access the portfolio.
- 4-H project workbooks(s) - filled in as according to book requirements.
- Photos of YOU doing 4-H projects, contest, activities, etc.
- News clippings, letters, award listings, etc. (Section 8 of Portfolio)
- 4-H record book cover (available from the 4-H Office for $3.00)
