4-H Holiday Workshop Images [Image: 4-H Electricity Workshop] View slideshow images from the workshops The Rapides Parish 4-H Office held three workshops on Nov.19-21, 2012.  4-H agents,  Lois Brister and Rodney Johnson conducted the workshops.  They were assisted by 4-H Teen Leaders, 4-H Teens-in-Action and parent volunteers. The workshops held were: Leathercraft Workshop 4-H’ers learned how leather is made and got to practice stamping their own piece as they worked to create a special project. Electric Workshop 4-H’ers constructed lamps from soft drink can or bottle. They also got tips on using electricity safely. “Fit Kid, Fit Chef” Workshop The annual workshop was filled with food, fitness, fun and friends. 4-H’ers also got a chance to measure & mix with other kid chefs. 4-H Holiday Fun 4-H’ers got into the holiday spirit by making neat items to be used for Christmas decorations and gifts.
