Lunch 'N Learn Series: "Fun with Veggies" Image Gallery
The focus of the April 28, 2009, Rapides Parish Lunch 'N Learn was on the importance of vegetables in the diet and proper culinary knife techniques. Food safety and the prevention of cross contamination also were discussed. This was the final Lunch 'N Learn class until after the summer; classes will resume in the fall.
