Richland Students Visit with Representative Charles "Bubba" Chaney

4-H'ers from across the state gathered on the steps of the Louisiana State Capitol on June 6 to learn more about state government and the people who represent them. The event was designed to give 4-H'ers a chance to meet their legislators, visit with other club members from across the state, see the legislative process in action and learn a little more about how state government works. The Richland Parish group visited with Senator Francis Thompson and Representative Bubba Chaney. |
