4-H University
[Image: 4-H University Logo]Join 2,000 other 4-H Jr. Leaders at 4-H University on the Louisiana State University Campus. Experience what it is like to live in the dorms, dine in the cafeterias and walk throughout the LSU Campus. The events at 4-H University include competition for trips and prizes, educational activities, personal development sessions and guest speakers, as well as the election of State Officers and District Representatives and the selection of Tech Board, Food & Fitness Board, Fashion Board and the 4-H University Event Production Team (UKrew).
The competitive part of 4-H University covers over 30 areas including competition in public speaking, decision making and judging contests, computer skills, dog care, fashion, outdoor skills, photography, demonstrations, bicycle, ATV and many more. Once the competition is over you will be able to participate in several learning experiences. These [Image: 4-H University Delegates]educational sessions cover a wide variety of topics from service projects to science and technology.
If you don't want to participate in a contest then Clover College may be more interesting. Two day educational courses will cover topics such as Exploring the World of Sports; Louisiana:Sportsmans Paradise; The World's a Stage; Camp Counselor Training; Forensics: A Clue and A Crime; Make Your Health Rock!; Operation Military Kids and Team + Building.
