St. Bernard Parish 4-H Junior Leader Meeting Announcement
[Image: Jr. Leaders participate in a challenge activity at the National Guard Ropes Course.]St. Bernard Parish 4-H Junior Leaders will hold their next meeting for 2009-2010 on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The meeting will be held in the the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex at 8201 West Judge Perez Drive in the 2nd floor meeting room. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will last approximately one hour.
Teens interested in refining leadership skills, doing community service, participating in coastal restoration, working with younger 4-H Club members and making new friends are invited to attend. The Junior Leader Club is for youth turning 13 years of age before January 1, 2010, through their senior year of high school. Anyone wanting to join is welcome at the group's monthly meetings, which generally are on the second Thursday of each month.
