On Line Nematode Form
A new form has been developed for submission of nematode samples to the Nematode Advisory Service. Click here to access form.
This new form will enable you to send information about multiple samples (eight) on a single form. If you include your E-mail address the results will be sent directly to you as well as the county agent.
