4-H Award of Excellence
[Image: Excellence]The 4-H Award of Excellence is presented to junior 4-H members who have been in 4-H for two years (including this year) and are between the ages of 9 and 13. A point sheet must be submitted showing 4-H work through record book participation, local club activities, project work, camp and Achievement Day activities. A gold-finished medallion will be awarded to 4-H members on Achievement Day. Application forms may be obtained from a 4-H agent. Applications must be submitted to the St. Landry Extension Office by the December deadline.
