[Image: Image of St. Mary 4-H'ers at 2007 4-H University]Twenty 4-H'ers from St. Mary Parish participated in this year's 4-H University, held June 19-22, 2007 at LSU in Baton Rouge.
4-H University is a statewide 4-H contest for those members in the 8th - 12th grades. Participants can choose from approximately 43 different project areas in which to compete, ranging from demonstrations to ATV. 4-H'ers can also choose to attend Clover College, which is a non-competition based, educational experience. Classes range from "Exploring the World of Sports" to "Youth Mentoring: Friend helping Friends".
