Northshore Spring Garden Show [Image: Spring Garden]  The Northshore Sping Garden Show will be held 9am till 4pm, March 15 & 16, 2008 at the St. Tammany Parish Fairgrounds. The event sponsored by the St. Tammany Master Gardeners will include a plant sale w/ over 30 vendors in the covered Bobby Fletcher Agriculture Center (barn). There will be  sales for plant and garden supplies , a plant health clinic ,children's booth and general horticulture information provided by the Master Gardeners Several LSU specialist and Master Gardener's will offer seminars on roses, azaleas, lawns, irrigation and common gardening issues. Dan Gill will also be  present to dicuss the "the Scoop on Soils" .Local Bonsai expert, Guy Guidry, will offer tried and true advise for " Beginning w/ Bonsai".      There is a $3/person gate fee, children 12 & under are free. Proceeds will be use toward an agriculture/ horticulture scholarship.
