| Acorns of Hope On Saturday, November 22, 2008, the Terrebonne Parish 4-H Junior Leaders assisted in planting trees oak trees at Southdown Plantation. This is the second year that the Junior Leaders participate in this tree planting, partnering with Acorns of Hope. Junior Leaders learned the value of the oak tree to our coastal area and understood the importance for replanting these trees after the loss of so many after the recent hurricanes. |
