4-H Fashion Club become Santa’s Helpers

Terrebonne Parish 4-H Fashion Club members were busy at their sewing machines making newborn-sized Christmas stockings to donate to babies born at Chabert Medical Center. On Dec. 22, 2008, the Fashion Club members will donate these life-sized stockings to the new mothers for them to take their babies home from the hospital – the cutest stocking stuffers in the world. Rena Labat, 4-H Fashion Club Leader assists Kayla Hornsby, 4-H member from Montegut Middle School, with her stitches at the sewing machine at a recent workshop.
